Order Processing
At Alankrit
Elegance(Zoravar Singh Industries), we are committed to delivering your
orders in a timely and secure manner. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the date of
purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the
next business day.
In rare cases, processing times may be
extended due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. If there is any
delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners
like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and
India Post for domestic deliveries and DHL,
FedEx, and Aramex for international shipping.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or undelivered
due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we are not
responsible for replacing the order. However, if the package is lost in transit
due to a courier error, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If you receive a package that appears to
be damaged, tampered with, or opened,
please DO NOT accept the delivery.
Instead, refuse the package and contact us immediately with images of the
damaged shipment. Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as
applicable.
