At ALANKRIT , we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our updated policy regarding cancellations, exchanges, and store credits.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incomplete or invalid shipping information

  • Any unforeseen logistical or operational issue

If your order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Exchange and Store Credit Policy

2.1 No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. You may request an exchange or store credit if your item is eligible.

2.2 Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned within 48 HOURS of delivery

  • Accompanied by original packaging, tags, and invoice

2.3 Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Email us at sales@alankritelegance.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Ship the Product: The item must be shipped back at your own expense unless it was defective or incorrect.

  3. Inspection & Approval: Once received, we will inspect the item. Upon approval, you may choose a replacement item or receive store credit valid for 6 months.

2.4 Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchange or credit requests for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

3. Late or Missing Store Credit

If you haven’t received your store credit within 7 business days of confirmation, please contact us at sales@alankritelegance.com with your order reference.
